It is your vehicle so it is your choice by law to have your vehicle repaired at a body shop of your preference even if you have had a non-fault accident.  The insurance company will have to agree to your decision so don’t be influenced by insurers to have your vehicle repaired where they choose as this is not always local and convenient for yourself.  You also may not get the quality customer care and professional result you will from Easy Repair Centre.  Your rights are available on request.
